MELISSA CLARK
Attorney
Over the past decade, Melissa has helped countless individuals and businesses resolve their disputes as quickly as possible through skillful representation. She concentrates her practice in the areas of business litigation, family law, and real estate. Melissa represents individuals and businesses across a multitude of commercial litigation matters at all stages of litigation.
Additionally, she handles all types of family law matters, ranging from complex divorce and custody litigation to child support modifications, contempt matters, adoptions, and family violence actions. In addition, Melissa has served as a Guardian ad Litem on contested custody cases where she worked to determine the best interests of children and advocated for those interests in court. Melissa is praised by her clients for her individualized approach to the client’s specific needs and fierce advocacy inside and outside the courtroom.
